Every pet must be microchipped before travel. The chip number is recorded against your pet's passport so they can be properly identified at any point during the journey.
Where required, your pet should have had the recommended tapeworm treatment from their vet within the right window before pickup. We'll confirm timing before booking.
A current pet passport (or equivalent Animal Health Certificate) is needed for any longer journey. Bring it to pickup — we'll check everything before we set off.
